Christopher H. Valentine represents the third generation of attorneys at Valentine & Valentine, continuing a family tradition of legal service. He graduated Magna Cum Laude with Honors from the University of Arizona in 2009 and earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law in 2012.

Christopher’s practice is focused primarily on estate planning and administration, where he assists individuals and families in protecting their assets, planning for the future, and ensuring their wishes are carried out. He works closely with clients to design tailored estate plans, including wills, trusts, succession planning, powers of attorney, and advance healthcare directives. In addition, he provides guidance in trust and probate administration, helping families navigate the legal complexities that arise after the loss of a loved one.

Beyond estate matters, Christopher also advises clients on business formation and planning, assisting entrepreneurs and family-owned businesses with strategies to establish, manage, and preserve their enterprises for future generations.
